(c) Data collected through the offline sources, but used online. As an Association, Harvest collects data about its members such as: last name, email and phone in order to notify them with regards to news, events and advertisements.
(d) E-Commerce: you can use some of Harvest’s websites, such as perspective-eterne.ro to purchase products or services. We will collect necessary data when you create an account or fill in an order. This data can include: first name, last name, email, phone, address and company name. Payments are processed by a third party that will collect data regarding the payment. For further details visit:
(e) Donations: Harvest accepts donations done through its websites. In this case the following data is collected: first name, last name, phone number and email. A third party processes the payment and collects necessary data (see 1d)
(g) Data from journal files: this data is generated automatically by your browser or mobile app every time you access Harvest websites. Every time you access one of our webpage our servers will automatically record certain data that your browser sends. This applies to any webpage you access. These journal files can include data on your operating system, browser type, entrance and exit pages and also their URL, numbers of clicks, domain names, pages visited and other similar data. Harvest does not make any automatic connection between this kind of data and personal data.

Harvest uses the collected data in order to maintain and improve its websites, products and services, to respond to questions and concerns and to send you messages( emails, text messages)about news, events, products or services.

The data we collect from you can be stored and processed in Europe, USA or anywhere where they is a Harvest server.
5) How we protect your data
Harvest cares about the safety of your data; however we cannot guarantee that the data you provide to Harvest will not be accessed, revealed, altered or destroyed by a breach/failure in the physical, technical or managerial safety measures. When you enter sensitive data (such as user and password to log in) in our forms, we encrypt this data by using a secure protection layer. However, none of these data transmission methods through the internet and no electronic storage method is 100% safe. Therefore we cannot guarantee a complete safety. 6) Personal data breach
If your data is compromised by a security breach, Harvest will notify the users according to the current law.

8) Children’s privacy
The protection of children’s privacy is important. That is why Harvest does not willingly collect nor does it request personal data on children under the age of 13. If we realize that we have collected personal data about a child under the age of 13, we will delete this data as soon as possible.
